1. Services
Fast Paint, Inc. provides professional powder coating, sandblasting, and surface finishing services to residential and commercial customers in the Miami-Hialeah area. Service details, timelines, and pricing are provided via written estimate prior to work commencing.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after inspection of the item(s). We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
3. SMS / Text Message Program
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Fast Paint, Inc. at the number provided.
Types of messages you may receive:
- Service estimates and quote confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Order status updates and pickup notifications
- Payment reminders
- Post-service follow-up and feedback requests
Message frequency: Varies based on your active service engagement. Typically 1–5 messages per order.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Fast Paint, Inc. is not responsible for carrier fees.
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying START.

No sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion and pickup of items unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large or commercial projects.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring items dropped off for service are free of hazardous materials. Fast Paint, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service on items that may pose a safety risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fast Paint, Inc. is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or issues unrelated to our services. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered.
