End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Fast Paint, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing the use of our internal business software application hosted at [https://app.fastpaintmiami.com]. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. —
1. Purpose and Scope
The Application is an internal business tool developed and operated by Fast Paint, Inc. for its own operational, administrative, and accounting purposes. The Application is intended exclusively for use by authorized employees, contractors, and representatives of Fast Paint, Inc. It is not offered to the public and is not intended for use by third parties. —
2. License Grant
Fast Paint, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Application solely for internal business purposes and only in accordance with this Agreement. No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement. —
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Allow access to the Application by any unauthorized person or entity

4. Integration with Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, to support internal business operations. Use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Fast Paint, Inc. does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. —
5. Data and Privacy
Use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at: [https://fastpaintmiami.com/privacy-policy] By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. —
6. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information through our website, forms, or in person, you expressly consent to receive communications from Fast Paint, Inc. Types of Communications:
- Transactional Messages: Quote confirmations, appointment reminders, order status updates, and service-related notifications
- Service Communications: Information about your projects, pickup/delivery schedules, and completion notices
- Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, and information about new services (with your consent)
SMS/Text Message Terms: If you consent to receive SMS/text messages:
- Message frequency varies based on your service engagement
- Message and data rates may apply
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent to receive communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us at info@fastpaintmiami.com. —
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fast Paint, Inc. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. —
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Paint, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Application. —
9. Termination
Fast Paint, Inc. may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement shall immediately cease. —
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. —
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated version on our website. —
